Replacement Policy:

 

  • We guarantee all pumpkins to be fresh and healthy at the time of delivery/installation.
     

  • If a pumpkin is found to be rotten or damaged at the time of delivery, we will replace it at no cost.
     

  • If a pumpkin develops rot within 5 days of delivery, we will provide a free replacement.
     

  • After 5 days, pumpkins are considered perishable goods and natural spoilage is not covered. Replacements can be provided at an additional cost.


Refund Policy:

 

  • Refunds are only issued if pumpkins are unavailable for delivery or if a replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable time.
     

  • Otherwise, replacements will be offered instead of refunds.


Care Instructions:

We provide care tips to help your pumpkins last as long as possible. Customers are responsible for following these guidelines to prolong the display.
